Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Moodsy. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Please note that a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover processing and handling costs.

Non-Returnable Items

Customized or personalized products are not eligible for return.

Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by us.
